QGW30C roller type shot blasting machine accrding to customer's requirements is a new type professional shot blasting machine. It's used to cleaning outer wall of steel pipe, steel rod. Through shot blasting process, not only reomve  the workpiece surface's rust,  oxide-scale, and green sand after casting, and also reduce workpiece's internal stress, improve workpiece's fatigue resistance, increase steel pipe, steel rod's corrosion resistant performance.

1.Blasting Chambers and the arrangement of blasting wheel have been confirmed after the computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation of projectile.
2.The machine adopts international newest sixth  directly-connected blast wheel of Swiss GF technology, which improve cleaning efficiency, get satisfactory cleaning result.

The laser is invisible. Red dot shows the position of the laser on the material. It's more convenient for location.
2. Honeycomb or blade table optional
Aluminum blade table is for processing acrylic, wood and other hard materials;
Honeycomb table is for processing cloth, leather and other soft materials.
3. Up/down Z-axis
You can adjust the table height by operating the Z-axis to process thick materials. Z-axis is also a must when you need to use auto focusing and rotary.
