[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] On December 29th, 2017, the reporter learned from the Hubei Provincial Department of National Defense Engineering and the 722th Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. that the magnetotelluric detector developed by the CSRC 722 Institute has passed recently. Acceptance by the acceptance team consisting of experts from Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Department, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), Seismological Research Institute of China Seismological Bureau and other units.

According to reports, this project is a Hubei science and technology plan project. Experts in the acceptance group believe that this project has developed core components such as high-performance magnetic sensors, high-stability, low-noise receivers, and low-power portable transmitters, and developed an engineering and practical earth-earth sounding instrument with technical indicators. Reached or surpassed the requirements of the project task book, at the same time achieved market sales and achieved better economic benefits.
The acceptance team experts also believe that this project has greatly shortened the technological gap between our country and the international advanced magnetotelluric detection system, breaking the monopoly of foreign companies in our country, and increasing the domestic users' choice space for the domestic magnetotelluric exploration system. The development of industrialization has created new opportunities, and more importantly, it has laid a good foundation for fundamentally changing the situation of long-term dependence on imports.
The relevant person in charge of the 722 Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. said that the MT detector that passed the acceptance test can be widely used in geological exploration, energy exploration, deep sea exploration and other fields, and has now entered the market.

Performance Characteristics
1. Imported burner of the crack filling machine is applied to this automatically controlled machine for safe and reliable performance. Good fogging effect of fuel leads to low fuel consumption and low noise. Fuel and air make perfect matching to keep stable burning conditions, high burning efficiency and little pollution to the environment.
2. Sealant discharging volume is regulated by frequency converter. Sealant is pumped without delay to minimize wear of material pump and prolong its service life. Return suction solves the problem of drop pollution to the pavement.
3. Discharging hose is electrical heated to prevent sealant blocking the hose, light, convenient and flexible in use.
4. All the units of cracking filling machine for blowing, cleaning and heating are concentrated in one system. Long-life imported air compressor is applied with advantages of energy saving, low noise and long service life.
5. Sealant tank is heated by means of thermal oil indirect heating. Vertical shaft beats the materials 360 degree, which makes sure it is free of blinder corner and temperature is uniform for the purpose of avoiding partial scorching and aging. Automatic temperature control system and digital display system are applied to guarantee stable and precise control to the temperature.
