According to the "Hamburg Evening News" reported on August 22, car manufacturer Borgward's sales in the Chinese market started smoothly. A spokesperson of the company expressed satisfaction with the sales situation in the Chinese market during the “Automobile Weekly” interview, saying that it has received more than 10,000 auto orders, of which 4,000 have been delivered to customers. The company plans to increase the number of distributors in China from the current 60 to 100 by the end of this year. Borgward was one of the most famous car manufacturers in Germany and declared bankruptcy in Bremen in 1961. Today, the company is rejuvenated and mainly sells medium-sized off-road vehicles in China.
