India will become a major exporter of PP in the coming years
The Middle East is becoming the world's major PP export region. According to the person in charge of the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), the Middle East and Singapore will add 2.3 million tons/year of PP capacity by 2015, and the Middle East and Singapore currently have 9 million tons/year of PP capacity. Experts from the world's leading PP producer, Lyondell-Basell, pointed out that from 2009 to 2010, about 3.7 million tons/year of PP capacity was added in the Middle East. In 2009, Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company produced 350,000 metric tons of PP units annually, Ibn Zahr Petrochemical Company produced 500,000 metric tons of PP units annually, Al Waha Company produced 450,000 metric tons of PP units annually, and Yashabu ( Yansab)'s PP plant with an annual capacity of 400,000 tons in Saudi Yanbianbu and Shatrabig Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. have two PP units with an annual production capacity of 350,000 tons, which were put into operation in 2009. In 2010, Borouge’s two PP units with an annual capacity of 400,000 tons in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, and Iran’s Jam Petrochemical Company's one-year PP plant with a capacity of 300,000 tons were put into operation. Rappaport said that not all of the new PP devices in the Middle East are aimed at exporting to Asia, and the number of PPs exported to Europe in the Middle East is increasing. In the coming years, India will become a major exporter of PP. Rapaport predicts that in the next 3 to 5 years, India's annual exports of PP will be close to 1 million tons. Indian manufacturers including Indian Oil, Opal, Mangalore, and HMEL are expanding existing plant capacity or building new plants. In addition, the largest PP producer in India, Prudential Industrial Corp.'s olefin complex in Jamnagar, will be completed in 2015, when it will add 200,000 tons of PP capacity. China continues to be the engine of global polyolefin growth, but China's PP supply and demand gap is decreasing. According to the manager of HIS Chemical China, “China's PP market will still face shortages by 2015 and will continue to import PP from neighboring countries and the Middle East. However, with the establishment of new fluid catalytic cracker, olefin plant and coal-based methanol to propylene plant Once completed, the supply and demand gap in China's PP market will gradually shrink." He predicted that by the end of 2014, China's PP capacity will increase by about 70% to 21.6 million tons, and demand will increase to 19 million tons, an increase of 32% from 2011. China's PP imports will decline from about 5 million tons in 2011 to less than 3 million tons in 2015.
Tube cutting machines are used for cutting long metal stock or scrap, generally where accuracy is not an important consideration, and the size or shape of the material makes other cutting or shearing options (such as a cutting torch) impractical. Alligator shears are often used in conjunction with large metal shredders in the metal recycling industry, to [clean" or prepare scrap for shredding by removing unwanted fittings and other parts the Shredder will not accept.
