Input type liquid level gauge installation precautions

The input level gauge is based on the principle that the measured hydrostatic pressure is proportional to the height of the liquid. It is made of advanced isolated diffusion silicon sensitive component or ceramic capacitor pressure sensitive sensor, which converts static pressure into electrical signal. Temperature compensation and linear correction, a pressure sensor that converts a standard electrical signal (generally 4 to 20 mA / 1 to 5 VDC) to measure the liquid level. It can also be called a static pressure level gauge, a liquid level transmitter, Level sensor, water level sensor".
Installation Precautions:
1) When cleaning, first open the cap of the iron pipe of the input water level gauge, carefully take out the liquid level transmitter; then remove the debris attached to the liquid level transmitter (such as water grass, plankton, etc.).
2) When cleaning the water level gauge pressure hole, use trichloroethylene or alcohol to inject the pressure hole to the height of one-half of the height for about 5 minutes, then shake it slightly and repeat it several times until it is cleaned. Do not use any appliance to clean the pressure hole to avoid damaging the sensitive core pressure sensitive diaphragm.
3) When cleaning the pressure port and the pressure hole of the transmitter, avoid using a brush or metal tool with excessive hardness to avoid damage to the sensitive core and the pressure interface thread.
4) After the cleaning is completed, slowly return the liquid level transmitter to the iron pipe. It is felt that the lower part of the iron pipe has been placed and the cap can be installed back to the original place.
5) Reinstall after unloading and cleaning. Because the installation depth will be changed, the water level gauge at the same water level of the sluice must be compared again to correct the detection value of the secondary instrument to ensure the correctness of the sampled data.
