1. Develop strict safety technical operating procedures.
2. Strengthen personal protection ability, wear mercury-proof masks, work clothes and protective gloves during operation. Wash your face, wash your hands and rinse your mouth with hot water after work. Work clothes should be washed frequently and checked regularly.
3.1) The mercury amalgamation board shall be located in the sealed enclosure and shall be subjected to strict closed negative pressure ventilation to prevent air pollution.
2) Work such as scraping gold , mercury immersion, and mercury squeezing should be carried out under the cover of water to prevent mercury evaporation.
3) Set up a special amalgamation workshop, the indoor walls should be treated according to the requirements of imitation of mercury, such as painting and painting. To have good ventilation measures, a fume hood is installed indoors, and mercury and gold squirting operations are carried out in a fume hood to reduce the diffusion, loss and pollution of the plant. 4. Pay attention to the following when distilling mercury paste:

3) The mercury distillation operation should be slowly warmed up. If the furnace temperature rises sharply at the beginning, it is easy to cause the mercury to splash due to intense boiling.
4) In order to prevent the explosion of the distillation tank, the end of the iron pipe drawn from the distillation tank should not be in contact with the cooling water surface where the condensed mercury is collected.
5) Maintain good ventilation in the room. 5. Set up a monitoring system, often check and measure indoor air to meet national health standards.
6. The operation of internal amalgamation can change the externally mixed mercury to the internal amalgamation process as much as possible to reduce mercury loss and pollution.
7. Improve the process flow and realize the mechanization of the amalgamation operation. It is best to cancel the amalgamation operation.
