1, before use, should be a comprehensive inspection of the electric pump in the transport, storage process with or without deterioration, if any damage, should be promptly requested by professionals to replace the live repair.
2. Install leakage, phase loss, overcurrent overload protection device before use.
3, before the pipeline booster pump operation, check the insulation resistance should be greater than 20MΩ, otherwise it should be dried.
4. Seal the pump inlet and outlet flanges and pipe flanges with a rubber gasket and firmly connect them.
5. Install the regulating valve on the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump, and install a pressure gauge near the outlet flange.
6. Open the inlet regulating valve so that the sealed chamber (pump body) is filled with liquid. After confirming that the pipeline pump is correctly steered, open the regulating valve on the outlet line of the regulating valve so that the pump operates near the rated point.
Repair and maintenance of pipeline pumps
1. Regularly inspect the insulation resistance between the water pump winding and the casing. The insulation resistance should be greater than 20 MΩ. Otherwise, corresponding measures must be taken to meet the requirements.
2. After 2000 hours of normal use, pipe centrifugal pumps should be maintained. Bearings should be replaced with lubricating oil.
3, when the temperature is below 4 °C, the best antifreeze work, so as not to break the pump body.
4. If the pipeline booster pump is not used for a long time, the pipeline shall be removed and the accumulated water in the pump shall be drained. The main components shall be scrubbed, treated with antirust drying, placed in a dry and ventilated place, and properly stored.
