Introduction of Load Carriage TrolleyÂ
Our line of Industrial Load Carriage Trolley is designed to accommodate the needs of a wide range of industries such as steel, aluminum, automotive, stamping, heavy manufacturing and several others. These units are designed to operate on floor mounted rails and are used to transport heavy materials across crane bays or in areas not serviced by an overhead crane.
Application of Load Carriage Trolley The cable drum powered Load Carriage Trolley is mainly applied in assembly line (ring production line,  loop production line), metallurgy industry (steel ladle), warehouse transport, ship industry (maintenance, assemble, container transport), workpiece transport in workshop, lathe transport, steel factory (steel billet, steel plate, steel coil, steel pipe, section steel, steel structure), construction (bridge, simple building, concrete, concrete column), petroleum industry (oil pump, sucker rod and parts), energy (polycrystalline silicon, generator, windmill), chemical industry(electrolytic cell, retort etc), railway (rail maintenance, rail welding, train tractor).

Working Principle of Load Carriage Trolley The power source 380v-690v alternating-current supplied to the traction motor by cable, which is controlled by control system to make the car start, stop, move forward, move backward, etc. The operation voltage is 36V which is safe voltage. Cable is collected and released by coiling device mounted underneath the car. The Load Carriage Trolley can realize full automatic operation by PLC system.
Features of Load Carriage Trolley 1. Load up to 300t and high using frequency. 2. It is suitable for the running distance less than 20m. 3. With simple structure and low cost make it popular for workshop transportation. 4. Without using time limitation and has no strict demand for rail erection. 5. This Heavy Duty Wagon Cart can be applied in the environment such as severe environment, high temperature, anti-explosive etc.

Machining Of Load Carriage Trolley CNC Cutting Transport the steel plate from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After the cutting, the workers will do some simple processing such as chip moving and setting out. Preliminary Assembling Put the cut steel plate together according to the design drawing Welding Weld the steel plate with automatic welding machine after the preliminary assembling Post weld treatment Test the welding section after the welding, polish and burring. Post weld treatment to eliminate welding stress Spray Primer Transport the structure part after processing to painting booth for spraying primer. The main component of the primer is zinc rich epoxy antirust paint. The primer is to two layers Assembling Assemble the structure parts after spraying primer with wheels, motors and gear box, etc. Paint finish Transport the assembled cart to painting booth, inspect the integrity of primer. After that paint the finish Debugging Debugging the cart after painting the finish with electric control system, after the debugging, the cart will test without load. And after the no load test, the cart will be tested with load. After the inspection, the cart will be transported to storage area.

marine diamond sheet is a new development from the EVA Faux Teak Sheet, showing

lessens the fatigue brought on by prolonged standing and working on hard
decking and platforms.
Made
from marine grade UV resistant, closed cell, high density EVA foam material, it
stands perfectly even in a strong sunlight area. And the EVA foam material
makes it softer and more comfortable for people standing there bare
feet than real wood or synthetic flooring. Some would concerned if the
boat mat would be not durable to use since it is made from foam material. Well,
it may not hard like real wood or PVC flooring, and compete the durability with
those two, but with a higher density EVA foam, we are able to compete with
other suppliers who try to compromise the density to reach to a lower price.
The
sheet comes in 190cm x 70cm, user can cut the sheets into size to fit the shape
of boat decking, then just peel and stick since the sheets we offer is with 3M
adhesive on the backing. It can be applied on boat decking of course, and other
like swim platform pad, helm station pad or simple seat pad.
