Each action in the control software is designed in strict accordance with the process flow sequence and has an interlocking function to ensure mutual restraint or timing relationships. The control panel adopts a man-machine interface to display and observe the process flow in real time. The operator changes the setting parameters at any time on the display panel. Heating the inside of the equipment chamber under vacuum is a very important part of the entire production process. Vacuum heating can evaporate and volatilize the residual moisture and fine impurities in the glass box, thereby increasing the production yield rate of the following liquid crystal filling section. The cavity of the device is heated in a vacuum environment. Since there is no air flow under the vacuum state, the heat does not flow as air, so the heat is transferred by heating the radiation. Since there is no flowing air to conduct heat, the temperature uniformity inside the vacuum chamber is very difficult to control, and the heating method and the flatness and cleanliness of the chamber wall are important factors that directly affect the temperature uniformity.
