The elevation of the extension assist phase is determined by the height H from the production phase to the auxiliary phase . The H value can be calculated as follows: 
H1—the height of the stop position before the unloading of the sealing plate to the bucket in the auxiliary stage, m ;
H2—the total height of the bucket and the connecting device, h2=a+b+c+d , m ;
H3———The height of the over-winding, from the normal stop position of the carriage to the bucket before unloading, until the bucket continues to lift the height of the carriage to the steel beam or the balance wheel, not less than 4m according to the safety regulations ;
H4—the height required to lift the crane when installing the sky wheel, m ;
H5———The height of the top plate is 0.6m ;
H6———the height of the rock pillar, 8~10m ; the height of the artificial protection plate is 4~8m ;
H7—the height above the rock pillar or from the artificial protection plate to the production stage. In most cases, this distance is equivalent to the depth of the bottom hole, m ;
