1, mounted on the turbine flow meter is not suitable where strong vibration is applied by the widely known, but in the case of frequent changes in the magnetic field, the vortex flow sensors may measure the output signal higher than normal. Practice has proved that in the field without gas flow, when the vortex flow sensor is in the changing magnetic field, the turbine flowmeter sensor will induce an error signal to output when the magnetic field changes, and when the change is over, the instrument is in a stable magnetic field. The meter will output a normal signal.

2, coke oven gas temperature is high because the factory, high humidity, and therefore there is moisture present in the gas delivery. The flow of gas drives the water to reciprocate and fluctuate, creating a pulsating flow. When the vortex flow sensor is in this fluid state, the output data suddenly changes, and it cannot reflect the production status at all.

3 , due to more impurities in coke oven gas, easy to crystallize, impurities condensed in the sensor head, resulting in measurement inaccurate. As the temperature rises, the impurities volatilize, the sensitivity increases, and the signal increases; on the contrary, it decreases. As a result, data is unstable.

4, the instrument does not meet specifications ground line, so that the strong electric 50Hz interference entering a normal signal when the output signal is higher than a normal 50Hz, otherwise it will output an error signal.
