Common faults and analysis of seismic pressure gauges

Third, the seismic pressure gauge pressure indication error is uneven:

1. The spring tube deformation is invalid;

2. The free end of the spring tube and the sector gear, the gear ratio of the connecting rod is improperly adjusted.

Fourth, the shock gauge pointer has a beating or sluggish phenomenon:

1. The pointer touches the surface glass or the scale to have a friction;

2. The center gear shaft is bent;

3. The two gears are meshed with dirt;

4. The movable screw between the connecting rod and the fan gear is not flexible.

5. After the pressure of the seismic pressure gauge is removed, the pointer cannot be restored to zero:

1, the pointer is bent;

2, short hair loss is insufficient;

3, the pointer is loose;

4. The transmission gear has a friction.

Sixth, the transmission ratio is out of adjustment.

7. The indication of the seismic pressure gauge is low:

1. Gear ratio imbalance;

2. The spring tube has leakage;

3. The pointer or the transmission mechanism has a friction;

4. The pressure guiding pipeline is leaking.

8. The shock gauge pointer cannot indicate the upper limit scale:

1. The transmission ratio is small;

2. The movement is fixed at the position of the machine base;

3. The spring tube is not properly welded.

1.8 Do not touch the IC circuits on the inverter control interface board and motor control board, as static electricity may damage these circuits.

1.9 Please provide the power supply and operating environment according to the technical requirements of Section 3.2. It is not allowed to arbitrarily change the parameters of the frequency converter and PLC. The user shall be responsible for any damage to electrical components caused by human factors.
