Dongfeng Cummins equipment management department and maintenance, process and other relevant departments, focusing on engine quality improvement plans and equipment transformation, etc., to develop maintenance plans, and conduct thorough and comprehensive maintenance on key equipment. Through the repair of the C cylinder OP60 fixture, camshaft landis grinder cooling device scraper plate repair, SSK8114 camshaft end tapping machining center grating scale replacement and other project maintenance, the machine tool reliability and machining accuracy are effectively improved. During the inspection and repair process, Dongfeng Kangming also carefully checked and carefully deployed, using spare parts as much as possible, organizing maintenance personnel and production personnel to carry out equipment maintenance and maintenance.
