(4) In terms of lifting the first-stage cylinder head and motor, there is no electric hoist in the high-voltage machine room, and three cooling towers are newly installed on the roof of the workshop building. If the building roof beam is used for hoisting, the safety of the building structure cannot be ensured. On the other hand, due to the large number of equipment in the workshop and the narrow space, the self-propelled crane cannot be used, which makes lifting difficult.

Since there is no station position for the self-propelled cranes in the workshop, it is not possible to lift the first-stage cylinder heads and motors with them. After the research of the project team, the gantry method is used to hoist, which can avoid the difficulty of anchoring and shifting the cable wind rope. Because the overall stability of the gantry frame is good, and the anchor cable bolts of the four corners are used at the foot of the workshop building, Its security will be better. And the gantry is made into a detachable type. After the lifting work of one equipment is completed, it can be quickly disassembled and the equipment is in place.

3 equipment installation process.

4 equipment lifting.

4.1 Compressor lifting.

First, tie the two wire ropes diagonally to the lifting ring of the compressor base, so as to ensure the balance of the equipment when lifting. For the first time, due to the canopy on the top of the gate, the crane could only send about one-third of the length of equipment into the machine room door. After the crane has sent the compressor into the machine room as much as possible, the construction personnel immediately placed a pair of roller cars on the ground, so that the crane placed the compressor on the pulley. On the other hand, under the slope of the gate, another group of construction workers moved to the wooden side and raised it to level with the indoor floor.

After the first cylinder head and motor are assembled, remove and remove the gantry. Then use the jack to lift the compressor, turn the roller car 90 degrees, use the roller car and the crowbar to move the compressor to the 14-axis-15-axis/B-axis-C axis, and the first compressor is installed in place. The remaining two compressions are installed using the same method.

4.2 First-class cylinder head and motor lifting.

(1) Hoisting equipment.

(2) Level 1 cylinder head lifting.

On the gantry frame that is erected, hang a 5t chain hoist one after the other.

The front hoist is hung above the front end of the compressor, and the rear hoist is hung directly above the mounting point of the first stage cylinder head. The two chain hoists are tied to the lifting point of the first cylinder head. When the construction personnel move the cylinder head to the front end of the compressor, pull the front end hoist and lift the cylinder head. When the cylinder head is raised to near the installation height, pull the rear hoist to move the cylinder head toward the mounting point.

At this time, the rear hoist is used for tensioning, and the front hoist is correspondingly relaxed. During the entire displacement process, the front and rear chain hoists should be coordinated and coordinated. In this way, the cylinder head smoothly moves to the upper side of the mounting point, and the cylinder head is mounted and docked, and the lifting is completed.

(3) The lifting of the motor is the same as the lifting method of the first-stage cylinder head.

5 The main safety technical measures in the hoisting process.

In the hoisting process of this equipment, the following points are made in terms of safety technology:

(1) According to the actual situation of the project, the hoisting plan is strictly and carefully formulated, and the multi-party review is conducted.

(2) According to the geographical location of the construction site, accurately draw the station line of the crane, the position line of the equipment, the key points, and the final stop position line of the trailer before lifting.

(3) Care should be taken during the transportation and hoisting process. The equipment must be fixed before transportation can be carried out. During the construction process, it is strictly forbidden to collide with other objects such as booms, steel structures, trailers, buildings, etc.

(4) The machinery and lifting equipment used should be inspected strictly before use to ensure good performance. Joint safety inspection shall be carried out before lifting. When the equipment has just been lifted off the trailer, the lifting lugs, wire ropes and supporting beams shall be jointly checked to check the degree of sinking of the crane foundation and whether there is any falling object on the equipment.

(5) All participating staff members must participate in technical disclosure before lifting.

6 Conclusion.
