In the construction of vertical shaft, the main construction facilities include derrick, sky wheel platform, turret, sealing plate, fixed plate, hanging plate, formwork and various pipelines and cables.

(1) Derrick and related facilities

The commonly used pavilion derricks are of a fabricated structure, and currently the pavilion derrick has six models.

Flammable materials shall not be used on the surrounding plates and ceilings of the derrick. Ensure sufficient over-winding height and umbrella entry and exit height.

(2) Sealing plate, fixing plate and hanging plate

The sealing plate is a working platform disposed on the ground of the wellhead, also known as a manhole cover. It is used as a working platform for lifting personnel, equipment, materials and assembly and disassembly pipelines. At the same time, it is also a structure that prevents the tool from falling down from the wellhead and protects the safety of the workers above and below the well.

The fixed plate is generally located 4-8 m below the sealing disk. It mainly protects the safety of underground construction and is also used as a working platform for measuring and connecting long pipelines.

The hanging plate is the main working platform in the wellbore. It is generally suspended by steel wire rope. Its main function is to protect the underground safety construction, tighten the steady rope, install the center rotary rock grab machine, and the working platform for pouring the well wall. Install the horizontal pump and water tank on the hanging plate.

White PVC Roll
