1. Threaded fasteners and power sources for tightening and tensioning devices. Precise control of bolts can be achieved, working pressure of hydraulic oil can reach 250Mpa. At present, China's coal, power, chemical and other industries are using high-strength hydraulic nut or hydraulic tensioner, powered by ultra-high pressure manual hydraulic pump, and achieved good results.

2. The power source for the disassembly and assembly of smooth conical or cylindrical surfaces in mechanical equipment. Hydraulic nut is an effective tool for the interference fit of smooth conical and cylindrical surfaces such as bearings, gears, and rotors. It consists of an annular piston with a sealing ring and nuts with internal threads. Precautions

Because of the high pressure of the ultra-high pressure manual hydraulic pump, a leak check must be performed before use. During the inspection, close the unloading valve, press the operating handle up and down, observe the pressure gauge pointer, and stop the operation when the pressure is stable at about 60% of full scale. Observe whether there are any leakages in the connecting parts of the oil pump and observe whether the pressure gauge is stable. After inspection, slowly rotate the unload valve on the UHP manual hydraulic pump until the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero.
