2.8 Concentricity of impeller and shaft hole is Φ0.06mm.
2.9 impeller balance test should be done when necessary, its requirements should be consistent with the provisions:

SZ-3: impeller speed: 975r / min, impeller width / impeller diameter: 320/332 = 0.93, balance types: static and dynamic balance area, measured on the impeller diameter tolerances static balance allowable deviation 8g, dynamic balance allowed residual amplitude 0.07 ~ 0.10mm
SZ-4: Impeller speed: 730r / min, Impeller width / Impeller diameter: 520/450 = 1.15, Balance type: Static and dynamic balance area, Measured on the impeller diameter Allowable deviation Static balance Allowable deviation 10g, Dynamic balance Allow residual amplitude 0.07 ~ 0.10mm
2.10 Impeller and shaft assembly, the end of the round beating is 0.10mm.
2.11 sleeve and shaft shall not use the same material, so as not to bite.
2.12 The end face of the shaft perpendicular to the axis is Φ0.01mm.
2.13 Sleeve and shaft contact surface roughness of not more than 1.6, using H7 / h6 with.
3 sealing device 3.1 packing seal 3.1.1 packing gland end face and packing box end face should be parallel, tightness of the fastening bolts should be consistent to avoid bias.
3.1.2 gland into the depth of the stuffing box is generally a circle of filler height, but not less than 5.00mm.
3.1.3 Filler incision should be parallel, neat, not loose, incision 30o angle, the filler should be staggered when the interface 120o.
3.2 mechanical seal 3.2.1 dynamic and static ring surface quality is good, does not allow defects, cracks, radial scratches and other defects.
3.2.2 The seals should be intact, rubber seals should be replaced each time you remove.
3.2.3 spring performance is good, no significant deformation.
4 Rolling bearings 4.1 roller bearings and slide surface should be no scars, spots, smooth contact surface, no noise rotation.
4.2 Rolling bearing outer ring with the bearing should be H7 / h6.
4.3 When mounting the bearing, the rear bearing should be fixed and the front bearing (on the motor side) should have an axial clearance of 0.20-0.30mm.
4.4 hot mounted bearings, with 100-120 ℃ oil and oil bath bearings 10-15 minutes, or heated with electric heaters, non-direct flame heating is strictly prohibited.
5 Flexible Couplings 5.1 Flexible Couplings and Shafts with H7 / js6 or H7 / k6.
