2. On the well-conditioned platform (or flat ground), the two straight sections taken and the pressure-bending elbow are welded to a 90o vertical state, and welding quality is guaranteed.

4. The elbow sensor is welded to the process pipe to make it work in a horizontal space as much as possible. When the site does not have horizontal installation conditions, it can be installed in a vertical space.

Second, the S-type elbow flow sensor and the process pipeline are flanged and can be flowed according to the sensor sign and docked with the process pipeline in a horizontal space.

Third, when the elbow flow sensor is installed, the length of the straight section of the front end should be greater than 5 times the diameter, and the length of the straight section of the rear end should be greater than 2 times the diameter.

Check before the pipe flowmeter is put into operation:

1. Check whether the piping, installation and wiring of each transmitter (including differential pressure, pressure and temperature transmitter) are correct.

2. Check whether all welded joints and threaded joints are tight and not leaked.

3, check the secondary instrument wiring is correct, and the connection between the transmitter is correct, focus on checking the power connector position.

4. After the above check is correct, switch on the power supply of the secondary instrument.
