This reform program follows the principle of using the original desulfurization system equipment as much as possible, reducing investment, adopting mature and convenient operation and reliable technology, and subdividing the construction within the island and the construction outside the island into three sections: island reconstruction, island reconstruction, and desulfurization waste water. Maintained the limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization process of the original system and increased the calcium carbide-gypsum wet desulfurization process system, changing the two furnaces and one tower to one furnace and one tower.
