D series multi stage centrifugal pump is multistage segment type, its suction mouth is located in the water inlet, into the horizontal direction, the outlet of the water in the vertical upward, the head can be used according to the need to increase or decrease the pump series. The pump assembly is good or not, a great impact on the performance, especially the export and import guide wing center, which will make a slight deviation of pump head decreases flow reduction, poor efficiency, so be sure to pay attention in the maintenance assembly.
The main parts of D series multi stage centrifugal pump are: inlet section, middle section, outlet section, impeller, guide vane baffle, water outlet guide wing, shaft, sealing ring, balance ring, shaft sleeve, tail cover and bearing body.
The water inlet section, the middle section, the guide vane baffle plate, the water outlet section guide wing, the water outlet section and the tail cover are made of cast iron, which forms a pump working chamber.
The impeller is made of cast iron in quality, leaves the liquid along the axis of the impeller before and after compression in unilateral, unequal, inevitable existence of axial force, the axial force borne by the balance disc, the impeller manufactured by static balance test.
The shaft is made of high quality carbon steel, the middle is provided with an impeller and is fixed on the shaft with a key, a shaft sleeve and a shaft sleeve nut. One end of the shaft is provided with a coupling component which is directly connected with the motor.
The sealing ring is made of cast iron, to prevent high-pressure water pump parts are respectively fixed on the water inlet section and the middle section, for wearing parts, can be replaced by spare parts wear.
The balance ring is made of cast iron and is fixed on the water outlet.
The balance disc is made of wear resistant cast iron and is arranged on the shaft, and is positioned between the water outlet section and the tail cover, and the axial force is balanced.
The shaft sleeve is made of cast iron, which is located in the packing chamber, and is used for fixing the impeller and protecting the pump shaft.
The bearing is a single row radial ball bearing.
Packing seal, to prevent air entering and a large amount of liquid leakage, packing by water filling chamber, and the end cover of the packing gland, packing ring and filler composition, function as water seal of high pressure water flows into the packing room in a few. The tightness of the packing must be appropriate, not too tight or too loose, with fluid droplets exudation prevail. If the packing is too tight, the shaft sleeve is easy to heat and consumes power at the same time. Packing is too loose, due to fluid loss to reduce the pump efficiency.
