Wide shallow ship research passed acceptance
Recently, the Ministry of Transport has established a scientific and technological project "Research on the Application of Practical Technologies for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction of Inland Water-wide Shallow Vessels" through acceptance. The project has systematically studied a large number of shallow and shallow vessels on the Yangtze River and proposed a series of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies. Vertical glass washing machine are all made of high-quality stainless steel. It is divided into two stages of washin and drying. It is composed of conveying roller table, cylinder type nylon brush and driving device, water spray pipe and water supply system, wiper plate, air filter and noise elimination device.
Three pairs of cylindrical brushes are driven by three asynchronous motors independently. One and two pairs of brushes are pre-washed. The third pair of brushes can be cleaned with deionized water and sprayed with deionized water on glass (three brushes and four dries, optional for water treatment). High pressure water nozzle can be disassembled for cleaning and easy maintenance.

The project is jointly undertaken by the Institute of Water Transportation Science and Technology, the Yangtze River Institute of Shipping, and Wuhan University of Technology. The project proposes the technical route options for energy-saving and emission-reduction of inland water transport vessels in China, and points out the direction for further research on energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies; A wide ship-type line design method for inland rivers has developed a practical and simple ship energy-saving appendage device, which has been verified by experiments to achieve an overall energy-saving effect of more than 5%. It has established relationships with water flow speed, ship speed, main engine power, and fuel consumption. The model of dynamic control of the ship's main engine with a certain amount of parameters was developed. The ship's host dynamic oil control simulation software was developed, and the feasibility of the ship host's dynamic oil control optimization program was verified through simulation tests and real ship tests.
