Usage
HMC-e series horizontal machining center adopts double exchanging pallets, which is suitable for multiple surfaces workpiece and multiple working procedures for process of milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, 2 and 3 dimensional curve surfaces. It has excellent performance of machining holes on box type workpiece and plane surface after one time loading. This machine
is especially suitable for turnover hole boring process on box type part. It can be widely applied in the fields of general machinery.
 
Design feature
The machine adopts 3-point supporting structure, which is convenient for installation and precision stability can be guaranteed.
 
X-axis bed guideway adopts a step structure from high to low, which significantly reduces the weight of moving column and guarantees Z-axis stiffness at the same time. Hence, a higher acceleration performance is obtained.
 
The column adopts gantry frame with advantages of good force distribution and high rigidity. All axes adopts liner roller guideways with characteristics of high loading capability, small friction coefficient, good vibration absorbing, no crawling during low speed motion and high moving precision.
 
The spindle adopts 2 steps gear changers, which feature wide speed range, large torque during low speed rotation and high power machining during high speed rotation. It can satisfy customer's needs regarding the spindle for both large torque and high speed.
