On June 10th, the High-Tech Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology held an acceptance meeting in Tianjin, and special acceptance of the “Eleventh Five-Year” national science and technology support plan major project undertaken by Weichai Power – the common technical support system and application demonstration project of modern service industry "Topics for Demonstration Project of Industrial Chain Collaborative E-Commerce Service Platform for Mechanical Industry" (hereinafter referred to as "Theme").

The acceptance panel heard a summary report of the project, reviewed relevant documents, and watched the system demonstration. After questioning and discussion, the acceptance panel thinks that “the project has completed the research content specified in the mission statement and achieved the expected goal” and unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance of the project.

The project obtained 6 software copyright registrations and 7 papers. The research results of the project have been promoted and demonstrated in more than 3,000 domestic and foreign offices, special maintenance stations, and spare parts wholesale centers.

The project studied the collaborative application of purchasing, sales, and service businesses represented by heavy-duty vehicles, and e-commerce business specifications such as electronic documents, information exchange, and business processes. On the one hand, it upgraded the existing three-packs and after-sales services within the company. The service system realizes the enhancement of functions and the seamless connection with the implemented ERP system. On the other hand, it constructs service terminal users' operations based on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) middleware technologies. The platform provides an information support platform for the enterprise group to strategically integrate service resources.
