Among them, in 2010, with the establishment of Maoming Luhua and Qingdao Yi Kesi's two sets of isoprene rubber devices, the total production capacity of isoprene rubber in China has reached 45,000 tons, which has led to a sustained increase in the use of carbon 5 resources in China. At present, Shandong Luhua, Beijing Yanhua, Jilin Petrochemical, Panjin and Yunmeng Group and Qingdao No. 1 School both have specific plans for new isoprene rubber installations, and the domestic isoprene resource volume will be unprecedentedly tight in the future. In addition, as a carbon 5th petroleum resin, another major commodity in the downstream of Carbon Five, there are currently more than 30 major domestic production enterprises, and the total annual production capacity reaches 350,000 tons; the technology development of polydicyclopentadiene is also increasingly valued by the industry. Ma Yueyue also said that most of the pyrolysis carbon 9 by-product of ethylene plants in China is used as a fuel oil and carbon 9 petroleum resin, and only a small part is used to produce aromatic solvent oils or to extract other chemical products. In response to the characteristics of the cracked carbon nine fraction, Beijing Yanhua successfully produced high-quality aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oil by using two stages of hydrogenation process, thereby accelerating the industrialization of the new process of cracking carbon nine hydrogenation. Since then, Xinjiang Tianli, Liaohua, and Panjin Heyun Group have also established carbon-9 hydrogenation systems for high-quality aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, and several companies are preparing to build the devices.
