Changzhou R&D World's largest project in water history has a die weight of 400 tons
China-Singapore Changzhou Network August 30th The large-scale aqueduct mold with a weight of 400 tons independently researched and manufactured by Changzhou Jiangsu Shengle Machinery Co., Ltd. has been successfully rolled out of the assembly line, and the entire site of the Shahe Aqueduct Project of the middle line of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project was installed and shipped. According to the introduction of the water conservancy department, this is the largest engineering mold in the world's history of water conservancy. Many technologies have not only been at the leading domestic level, but also have filled large aqueducts for domestic and foreign water conservancy industries in terms of comprehensive flow, span, weight, and total length of the aqueduct. Design technology gaps. According to reports, the Shahe Aqueduct Project participated by Jiangsu Shengle Machinery Co., Ltd. is one of the largest and most technically complex control projects in the middle line of China's South-to-North Water Transfer Project. The total project investment is 2.657 billion yuan, and it is mainly responsible for losses to the area north of the Shahe River after completion. Water supply task. The project is located in the territory of Henan Province with a total length of 11.9381 kilometers and consists of two major parts, namely the aqueduct and the aqueduct. The total length of the aqueduct is 9,050 meters. It spans the Shahe River, the Xianghe River and the Dalang River, and consists of five parts. The aqueduct is a water diversion bridge constructed of reinforced concrete and is mainly used for diversion of valleys and rivers. The aqueduct built on the middle line of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project has comprehensive traffic, span, weight, and total length. It is the world's largest aqueduct of the same type. There is no international precedent for design. In order to solve this worldwide problem and ensure the smooth progress of the project, in June last year, the State Council’s Office of South-to-North Water Transfer and the Ministry of Water Resources jointly issued a document to invite tenders for national enterprises. Finally, there were a total of five companies bidding, and Shengle Company was one of them. After bidding, Shengle quickly formed a research team to develop design solutions. After viewing the on-site drawings, computer demonstrations, and repeated scrutiny, the design plan for the U-shaped thin-walled two-way prestressed structure was adopted in the aqueduct body. After the proposal was submitted, it was approved by the relevant national authorities in one fell swoop, and the Shengle Company successfully obtained the mark. After taking orders, the company invested tens of millions of yuan to improve its technological equipment and concentrated its backbone forces to ensure full production. In the most critical period of production, front-line employees are on duty day and night, and they stick to their positions 24 hours a day to ensure product accuracy. After two months of work, the U-beam aqueduct moulds with a height of 11 meters, a width of 11 meters, a length of 30.5 meters and a weight of 400 tons were rolled out as scheduled. “To facilitate transportation, we divide the mold into 2 and 12 pieces, each about 35 tons, and then transport them to the destination and then put them together into one package for delivery.†Tang Deliang, general manager of Shengle Machinery Co., Ltd. introduced.
