Foton Motor released the 2010 annual report on the evening of March 23. The company's total operating revenue in 2010 was 53.492 billion yuan, up 19.30% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 1.646 billion yuan, up 58.68% year-on-year; basic earnings per share was 1.731 Yuan, a year-on-year increase of 52.92%

The company plans to use the base of the total stock capital of 1.054 billion at the end of 2010 to distribute 10 shares for every 10 shares and deliver 2.8 yuan (including tax) in cash.
