Plastic Dryer Workflow: The hot, humid air returned from the drying drum is cooled and blown into the hive wheel. The moisture in the air is absorbed by the runner and then desorbed by the regenerated heated air. The two air streams act on the runner at the same time, and as the runner rotates, the moisture in the air is continuously adsorbed and discharged by the regeneration air to form a stable low dew point air, which is heated to the plastic. The drying temperature is blown into the drying drum to form a closed loop and the raw material is dried.

The ordinary dryer uses electric heating to heat the hot air to dry the material in the space at a high temperature. The purpose is to evaporate the water in the material. Heated air into the air is the air in the environment. In dry weather and wet weather, the moisture content in the air is not the same. Therefore, when the weather conditions are wet, the drying of the material will be incomplete.

The dehumidifying dryer can be used for the above situation. First, the ambient air is sucked in to remove the moisture in the air at a low dew point, and then the relatively dry air is used to heat the input dryer to dry the material.
