The newly installed or overhauled fall arrester must be tested. It is forbidden to use if it is not qualified. The test results are reported to the production technology department and the safety management department for filing.

The fifth   The company must ensure that the signal and communication signals such as sound and light signals, telephone and depth indicators are absolutely good.

Article 6   The hoisting mechanics and signal workers must be fully equipped according to the regulations, and have passed the training of the company's production technology department and safety management department. The old workers are led for more than six months before they can be put into operation. To maintain the relative stability of personnel, it is not allowed to change at will. The replacement needs to be approved by the production technology department and the safety management department.

Article 7   The hoist mechanic has no less than 2 people per class, one person is working, one person is in charge, and the safety technology operation certificate is carried at any time. Strictly implement the operating procedures of this type of work and consciously abide by the handover system.

eighth   Between the hoist and the signal system, it should be required that the hoisting machine does not receive the work execution signal and does not drive. All downhole personnel do not implement the relevant safety rules and regulations, and the signal workers have the right to stop the lifting signal and request immediate correction.
