Cargotec's MacGregor has introduced a new crane (product library supply) compensation system for offshore ship-to-ship load transfer, which will provide a larger operating window and safer and faster load transfer. .
The new crane compensation system is equipped with a motion reference device on the auxiliary ship deck. The device will transmit motion data to the crane on the main ship via a high-speed redundant radio line. Combining the motion data of the two vessels, the compensation system will calculate and implement the compensation for the winch (product library purchase supply) necessary to minimize the hook movement in the load handling area on the ship.
Since the crane compensating device can provide precise tension and position control for accurately hooking the cargo, extracting the floor and releasing it, the safety of the deck personnel working in the cargo loading area will be greatly improved. Load lifting and landing are accurate, fast and smooth.
The Bolt is a Machine element. It is a cylindrical threaded fastener equipped with a nut. It is a kind of fastener composed of head and Screw (cylinder with external thread). It needs to be matched with the nut to fasten and connect two parts with through holes. This type of connection is called bolt connection. If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection is a detachable connection
