As this standard makes detailed regulations for the emissions and energy consumption of rare earth companies, industry sources have revealed that a large number of rare earth smelting and separation enterprises will need to increase investment in environmental protection facilities in the next 2-3 years. At present, the Ministry of Land and Resources is still studying reform measures to promote the issuance of mining rights for rare earth resources. It is understood that at present, China has not reissued rare earth mining warrants for a long period of time, and the exploration of the mining rights reform is bound to further regulate and rationalize the current status of scattered rare earth mineral resources. In the future, China's supply of rare earths is also likely to be reduced from the source, which favors large-scale rare earth listed companies with merger capabilities.
