Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully manufactured China's first 900-ton class carrier equipment

Recently, a 900-ton-class transport and racking equipment manufactured by China Railway Engineering Machinery Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Construction Machinery) to fill the domestic gap, in Hefei, Quanjiao County, Anhui Province - Nanjing) High-speed railway passenger dedicated line construction, the first successful realization of the 32-meter 900-ton double-line full-hole box girder erection.
The 900-ton transport frame equipment is composed of YL900 type beam truck and JQ900A bridge machine equipment. It is a large-scale complete set of special equipment specially developed for high-speed railway construction. 1 The main function of the YL900 type beam truck is to transport the large box girder from the beam yard to the bridging site, with a single transport capacity of 900 tons. 2JQ900A bridging machine is mainly used for erection of double-line precast concrete box girder below 32 meters. It can lift 900 tons of precast concrete box girder from the beam truck and place it on the pier position.
The use of this equipment to erect a 32-meter double-line full-hole box girder is the first time in the history of China's railways. The whole line will be erected with 434-hole 32-meter and 24-meter-size box girder. The equipment was successfully produced and the railway was built for the construction machinery. The bridge erecting machine has accumulated experience and is of great significance for the revitalization of our national industry.
The total length of the Hening (Hefei-Nanjing) high-speed railway constructed by the China Railway Second Bureau is 166 kilometers, with a total investment of 4.4 billion yuan and a design speed of 200 kilometers per hour.

Pressure Spray Dryer

The solution, emulsion, suspension liquid or slurry are sprayed into fine beads in the hot air, going down from the top of the drying chamber to the bottom, the water will be evaporated to and the product becomes small granular product. When the hot air contacts with the droplets, the temperature declines significantly, and the humidity increases greatly, and then will be exhausted by exhaust fan. The fine powder in the air will be collected through different separating devices There`re different fine powder separation and recovery devices, such as cyclone (the common type and various combination type), bag filter, cyclone + bag filter, cyclone + wet scrubber, and bag filter + wet scrubber etc. We should different fine powder separation and recovery devices as per the characteristics of product and requirements of customer. Depend on the product features and requirements, we might install secondary drying and cooling system (such as ZLG vibration Fluid Bed or pneumatic transportation), formulation system or powder sieving system etc after the Spray Dryer, or dehumidifier. The particle size of the product from Pressure Spray Dryer is normally within the range of 120mesh to 20 mesh. If bigger particles are required, we suggest FL Fluidized Granulator or re-combined agglomerator.
