The continuous reformer of Sijian Yangtze Reconstruction Project was successfully powered on at one time

China Drying Network On December 19th, the DCS system of the continuous reforming unit of the Nanjing Yangtze Petrochemical Refinery Renovation Project was successfully powered on. This signified that the continuous reforming joint device entered the instrument joint-school phase, laying a solid foundation for China Communications.

The continuous reforming combined equipment cabinet room has a complete set of control cabinets such as DCS, SIS, compressors and dryers, lock hoppers, etc. with 77 surfaces and 3692 instrument loops. In order to ensure successful power transmission between the cabinets, Sijian Electric Instrument Engineering Company organized the technical backbone to carefully plan the construction plan, intervened early, and strictly controlled the quality. From the cabinet (foundation), grounding system, to cable laying and wiring, etc. With high standards, active construction, and careful inspection and confirmation, it has laid a foundation for the successful start-up of instrument panel cabinets from the source. The DCS system was successfully powered up at one time and was highly praised by the project team, supervision and workshop.
