On May 16, Inner Mongolia Huadian Tongliao Wind Power Project Preparatory Office signed a 200MW wind power project development agreement with the People's Government of Xing'an Mengkeqianqian Banner, Inner Mongolia. At this point, the Wind Power Development Zone of the Preparatory Office has achieved full coverage of the Mengdong quad-munitions city and has accumulated 5.3 million kilowatts of wind resources.

The project is located in the hilly area of ​​the Horien area in the Keyouqian Banner, with an altitude of 450 to 900 meters above sea level. The annual average wind speed in the area is about 8 meters/second, which has high development value and market prospects.

Since this year, Tongliao Wind Power has consistently adhered to the concept of creating sustainable values, carefully implemented Huadian International's "second entrepreneurial" strategy, vigorously broke through geographical development, breakthroughs in scale, and breakthroughs in the development of profitable ideas.
