Analysis of Soil Moisture and Drought Management System on Seedling Growth
In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the coal mine ventilator, the finite state machine theory is used to analyze the state and control the working process of the ventilator control system. According to the operating conditions of theventilator, the control circuit is divided into different working states. These working states are combined into a specific limited state machine to realize the control and state transfer of the VFD, Thus, the reliability of ventilator control system can be improved.

In the late winter, the temperature of the whole province is low, but the temperature is stable and the amplitude is not large. Because the growth of the wheat is slow and the water is less during this period, the unfavorable moisture condition has little effect on the growth of wheat and is conducive to safe wintering. The soil moisture and drought management system results showed that soil moisture content was adequate in most parts of the province, except for a few land masses in northern Henan and western Henan, where soil moisture content was between 66% and 85%. Appropriate lyrical conditions are favorable for the delivery and growth of wheat before winter.
Soil moisture content and drought management system measured the relative water content of 0-20cm soil layer increased by 2.14 percentage points, and the relative water content of 20-40cm soil layer increased by 2.17 percentage points. Compared with the same period of the previous year (see Figure 2-2), the average relative water content of the 0-20cm soil layer at the monitoring point of the soil moisture and drought management system in the province was 7.25 percentage points higher than the mean value of the relative water content of the 20-40cm soil layer. 2.09 percentage points.
From the overall analysis of the soil moisture and drought management system, most of the wheat crops in the returning green season were significantly better than the same level in the previous year, which provided sufficient conditions for the growth of the winter wheat to its jointing stage; When wheat is sowed at the end of the crop, the site preparation is extensive, and the rain and snow in the middle and mid-February are less and the soil loses moisture quickly. Therefore, the output will be affected by the shortage of tillers and spikes in the later period.
