The Ministry of Transport requires the two provinces to introduce the transportation plan for the high season of Qiongzhou Strait as soon as possible to improve the efficiency of the passage and ensure the smoothness of the “green channel”.

The regular meetings of the Strait Offices of the two provinces should form a system and establish a communication and negotiation platform. The shipping companies of the two provinces must attach importance to the overall situation, strengthen mutual trust, strengthen communication and coordination, and work together to ensure smooth and orderly delivery. In response to the current lagging facilities in the Xiuying Port area of ​​Haikou, the Ministry of Transport will urge the two provinces to speed up the construction of new docks on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
